BluPlanet Supply — Warehouse Management System

We designed and built a custom internal warehouse management system for BluPlanet Supply, a janitorial and cleaning supply distributor operating across multiple client locations in Massachusetts.

The platform replaces manual paper-based order forms with a fully digital workflow — covering everything from supply requests and inventory tracking to invoicing, purchase orders, and vendor freight estimation. It features two role-based portals: an admin portal for full operational oversight, and a supervisor portal that allows field supervisors to submit digital supply requests (A-Form, B-Form, and G-Form) directly from any device.

Key capabilities include:

  • real-time low-stock alerts

  • contract vs. chargeable item tracking per customer

  • invoice generation and payment tracking

  • sales analytics dashboard with revenue trends and usage reporting.

Built with: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Recharts

GenInspections App

Geninspections is an AI-powered inspection management platform designed for commercial facilities, construction sites, and fleet operations. The platform streamlines the entire inspection lifecycle—from scheduling and mobile field inspections to AI-powered defect detection, issue tracking, and automated report generation.

Using computer vision and generative AI, Geninspections can analyze inspection photos, identify potential defects, recommend corrective actions, and transform field data into professional reports—helping teams conduct inspections faster, improve consistency, and make better-informed maintenance and compliance decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to help you make confident decisions.

Do you build robotics, or integrate existing robotics?

Both, depending on what the operation needs. Most projects call for integrating proven hardware and building the control, tracking, and reporting layer around it. We scope this honestly in the first conversation — if robotics isn't the right answer for your problem, we'll tell you that.

Do we have to replace our current software?

Usually not. Most engagements involve connecting what you already have and building only what's genuinely missing. Replacement is a decision we make with you, not a default.

How long does a build take?

Automation and platform deployments typically run two to six weeks. Custom software runs six to sixteen weeks depending on scope. Robotics projects depend on hardware lead times and site conditions. You get a timeline before you commit, not after.

Who owns the systems you build?

You do. Your data, your workflows, your logic — documented and handed over. We build systems you could run without us, then earn the ongoing relationship by being worth keeping.

How secure is our data?

Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, and audit logging on every system we deploy. For regulated industries, we build to your compliance requirements and document it.

How do we start?

Book an appointment with us. We'll walk through your operation, identify where the friction actually is, and tell you what's worth automating — and what isn't.
